ON-SITE CONSULTATION
This is the first step. We will meet with you at your property to discuss your needs, analyze your landscape and garden areas, and provide you with ideas and guidance. This can be a one-time visit or a starting point for Springhouse Gardens to complete an all-inclusive (comprehensive) landscape plan for you. We will work with you in your garden setting, to visualize the landscape that is most suited to you and your family! We want to find out how you want to use your outdoor space, to learn what your favorite plants and colors are and to discover your design preferences. We will identify and evaluate the existing hardscape elements such as sidewalks, decks etc, and also the existing plant material to advise you on proper plant selection and maintenance techniques.

We will help you to determine what will fit within your budget guidelines and work up quick sketches of design ideas to assist you in developing an overall concept for your site.
There is a fee based on an hourly rate for this initial site visit and consultation. For locations out of our usual area, charges will be added to cover the extra drive time. Because of time limitations, during our peak landscape season (March to June), we may not be able to offer one-time consultations without design and installation. CUSTOMIZED DESIGN PLANS
After the initial site visit, our design consultants can prepare a custom-made plan, individualized to you, your home and your property. Fees for designs vary, based on such factors such as property size, unusual site characteristics, hardscape elements and the overall complexity of the plan. Before the design process is started, our consultants will give you an estimate of the cost for the design work to be done. |
| If you can provide detailed site plans, plot plans, measurements and photos of the site as well as ideas of planting and color preferences and/or dislikes, this will reduce the time needed to complete your drawings and plan and will help to minimize costs to you. COMPLETE INSTALLATION SERVICES
After your design has been reviewed and approved, we can provide you with a quote for our Springhouse Gardens landscape crews to complete the installation according to the plan specifications. Upon receiving an initial deposit, we will work with you to select the perfect plants for your new landscape from the huge selection in our garden center. Next, we will schedule a date for installation. The design team will work hand in hand with our experienced foremen to oversee the work and ensure that the vision on paper meets and even exceeds expectations. |
